Routine care

The everyday work. Nails, hard skin and corns, dealt with properly and without fuss.

Nail cutting
Cut, filed and comfortable, with the hard skin dealt with at the same time.
Corns
Small, deep and painful under pressure. Dealt with in the same appointment.
Hard skin and callus
Reduced painlessly, and we tell you why it built up.
Thickened toenails
Reduced with a small drill rather than forced with clippers.

Nail problems

Nails that have thickened, discoloured, or started growing into the skin beside them.

Ingrowing toenails
Eased in the appointment, and dealt with for good if it keeps coming back.
Fungal nail infection
Confirmed before it is treated, then thinned so it stops pressing.

Skin problems

Anything that has changed about the skin on your feet, from cracked heels to something that will not clear up.

Verrucas
Confirmed first, then treated at a pace that suits how much it is bothering you.
Athlete's foot
Cleared properly, including the toenail it has been hiding in.
Cracked heels
The hard rim reduced so the crack can close, and a routine that keeps it closed.
Chilblains
Itchy purple toes in cold weather, settled and then kept away.
Sweaty feet and odour
Dealt with plainly and without any fuss about it.
Wound and ulcer care
A break in the skin that is not healing, assessed, cleaned and dressed.

Pain and mobility

When something hurts to stand on or walk on, and when the way your feet work is the reason behind it.

Heel and arch pain
The cause identified, and a plan that starts working in the first few weeks.
Ball of foot pain
Burning, numbness or standing on a pebble, told apart and offloaded.
Achilles pain
Pain behind the heel rather than under it, loaded back up properly.
Bunions
The pressure taken off, the joint assessed, and a straight answer about surgery.
Hammer and claw toes
The corn on top dealt with, and the reason it keeps returning explained.
Arthritis in the feet
Painful joints offloaded and protected, with the right things done at home.
